Governments come and go.
Big deal.

If a pandemic is declared, the Constitution could be suspended.
Not my Constitution!

Not my Constitution!
Resist
Why not just think about this
and consider the possibility.

And What, May I Ask, Is YOUR Definition Of Tyranny ?
After all these years, after close to 500 articles, can you believe
that there are still some people who do not understand what I am so
upset about? The only effective means by which I can gauge my success in
communicating my thoughts is through feedback. As a writer I have
never asked anyone to simply accept what I am writing as the truth. I
simply ask that you put aside any prejudices you may have, that you
examine the facts I present you on their own merit, then come to your
own conclusion based solely upon the evidence I have provided.
Just the other day I learned that someone has, for quite some time it appears, been posting my commentaries on their website. It seems that my message is finding its way around, but the feedback I get, aside from a select few who routinely comment, has been minimal, at best.
Without that feedback I have no real way of gauging how effective I am in awakening people to the seriousness of the problems this country faces. However, from time to time, mostly where I work, I do hear people talking about the things I write about. Often these people are unaware that I am within earshot of their conversations, and therefore they are quite blunt as to what they say. In general, it seems that there are still a great many who just don’t seem to understand why I am so angered over the actions of my government.
People seem to think that because I do not support the actions of our government that I am unpatriotic. I often wonder, do most people really know what it means to be patriotic? For those of you who aren’t up to speed on the fact that over the course of our nation’s history we have had 44 presidents, there was a man named Andrew Jackson who was the seventh President. Former President Jackson once said, ” As long as our government is administered for the good of the people, and is regulated by their will; as long as it secures to us the rights of persons and of property, liberty of conscience and of the press, it will be worth defending.” Therefore, because our government has overstepped the authority granted it by the Constitution, because it no longer respects our rights, it is NO LONGER worth defending. It is that simple.
Now, before I continue, let me make it clear that when I say government, I am not confining my comments to the beast that occupies the space known as Washington D.C. When I say government, I am referring to any man, or body of men, whom are elected by the people to represent them. When I say government I am also referring to the agencies they create, and the people who work for those agencies who enforce the laws enacted by government.
The Constitution places limits upon the powers the people granted government. It makes no difference whatsoever that a majority of the people want something, like health care, the simple fact is that the government has not been granted the authority to provide it for them. Now I’m not singling out the recent health care legislation passed by Congress, I could as easily as mentioned Social Security, farm subsidies, or any other number of programs which take tax dollars and distribute them to provide services or benefits to a specific group of people.
In case you’re not aware of this, our government has run up a national debt, a tab, if you will, which is rapidly approaching $16 trillion. Unlike the states, which cannot simply borrow money to keep operating, the federal government just keeps raising the debt ceiling, and borrowing more money to fund its operations. And I haven’t even begun to mention the unfunded liabilities like Social Security and Medicare which are close to $120 trillion. The fact alone that our government spends more than it takes in from revenue, i.e. your tax dollars, should be enough to convince you that things have got to change.
I am also pissed because my government is going all over the world instigating fights with other nations so that it may spread democracy and freedom, while ignoring those same liberties to its own citizens.
George Washington once said, “The constitution vests the power of declaring war in Congress; therefore no offensive expedition of importance can be undertaken until after they shall have deliberated upon the subject and authorized such a measure.”
James Madison said, ” The executive has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is or is not cause for declaring war.”
John Quincy Adams said, ” America does not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy. She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all. She well knows that by enlisting under other banners than her own, were they even the banners of foreign independence, she would involve herself beyond the power of extrication in all the wars of interest and intrigue, of individual avarice, envy and ambition, which assume the colors and usurp the standards of freedom.”
Just in case you weren’t aware, all three of those men were once President of these states united. There is something else that Madison said that you ought to consider, ” It is a universal truth that the loss of liberty at home is to be charged to the provisions against danger, real or pretended, from abroad.”
But that’s not the only reason I am so upset with government. I am mad as hell because it thinks it knows what’s best for me, and is depriving me of my inherent and unalienable rights by passing laws so that it can take care of me.
When the colonies ratified the amendments which comprise the Bill of Rights, they placed those rights into a lockbox where they were out of reach of any government, be it the federal, the state, or local, from infringing upon them. They were not open to interpretation and they certainly were not open to laws prohibiting the free exercise of them.
So why in God’s name do I need a permit to carry a gun or hold a political rally? Why can our children not pray in school if they so desire? Why can Homeland Security monitor my e mails, phone calls, and my finances without a written warrant from a judge?

Way past time to end the
national state of emergency that was declared on 9/11/2001 … and that state of emergency has continuously been in effect up to today.
... even though U.S. military and intelligence officials say that the
threat from Al Qaeda is now almost entirely non-existent.

The 12 Values:
1. Honesty
2. Reverence
3. Hope
4. Thrift
5. Humility
6. Charity
7. Sincerity
8. Moderation
9. Hard Work
10. Courage
11. Personal Responsibility
12. Friendship
The 9 principles:
1. America is good.
2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.
3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.
6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.
7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.
8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.
9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

The only things that Government “makes”
are criminals out of innocent men and women, and corpses out of living
human beings – including, of course, the innocent people who refuse to
be treated like criminals.

I am issuing a ban on mouthy politicians. Do your job, make a budget, reduce waste and cut the deficit.

Mama, like the one on a recent magazine cover, don't let your babies growup to be as evil as
Brett Kimberlin, who has proven to not even measure up to Bill Ayers. When a society coddles and legally supports a Devil, it's time to take a trip to the levee.

were delivered at the NATO Conferance in Chicago during the last several weeks of May, 2012.
